Francine Champoux

Francine is responsible for all STRATAIDE services related to strategic planning, project management, executive coaching, and strategic partnership searches; in addition to overseeing the proper execution of the various mandates entrusted to the firm, from idea to implementation.

Her strategic vision, her organizational brilliance and business acumen, her experience in leading large-scale projects and managing change with a diversity of stakeholders from various sectors, and her undeniable ability to connect and engage the business community will not only help you achieve the objectives of your mandate, but ensure its success. Founder and driving force behind STRATAIDE for 16 years, Francine is an experienced strategist who is recognized as an accomplished businesswoman. She acts with her team as a consultant to both SMEs, agencies, and associations. Driven by the diversity and complexity of project management, human values, and change management; Francine supports her clients with an eye to the success of numerous special projects; always inspired by a spirit of sustainable economic development and social impact.

Since 2019, she has led a major transformation project related to the recognition of innovation in the growth of interdisciplinary activity in the health and social services field; how it creates value, and the consolidation of an ecosystem of partners from the public, private, and volunteer sectors. This project is part of a partnership with the Ministère de la Santé et des Services Sociaux.

Francine is a graduate of the College of Corporate Directors and holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the Ecole Nationale d’administration Publique. She also holds a BA in Social Work from the Université Laval, and a graduate degree in Social Administration from the Université de Montréal.

Previous to Strataide, she was Executive Director of the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation. She has extensive expertise in philanthropy, both strategically and organizationally, and boasts an impressive network of contacts across all sectors of the business community. She has also worked with the Regional Health and Social Services Board on several projects.

Very involved in the community, Francine has herself been invested as a member of the boards of directors and strategic committees of several organizations; including the Canadian Club and the Montreal Convention Centre. She is currently a board member of the National Sports Institute.
